Returns & Exchanges

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and order number.
  • We will offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
  • Non-perishable items (e.g., vases, accessories) may be returned within 7 days if unopened and unused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Custom arrangements and discounted items are non-refundable.
